职位来源于智联招聘。岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）：就公司海外常规销售业务提供法律建议审查、起草常规海外销售常规业务相关的各类协议参与重大协议的客户谈判 处理海外销售合同履行及追款等纠纷 提供公司知识产权保护方面的法律建议，处理相关纠纷海外公司合规管理其他常规法务工作事项资历要求（Qualification Criteria）：本科法学专业及以上学历通过中国司法考试英美法系国家排名前十四法学院法律硕士（LLM）专业毕业，或通过美国律师资格考试的有加分熟悉国际贸易相关法律、民商法、合同法等5.5年及以上工作经验法律英文流利（书面和口语）以担保或任何理由索要财物，扣押证照，均涉嫌违法。
