Department: Marketing & CommunicationsLocation: Head OfficeBank Grade: AVPReports To: Head of Marketing & CommunicationsWhat is Manager Internal & External Communications - MMBL?To lead and execute Mobilink Bank’s internal and external communications strategy in alignment with business objectives, enhancing brand visibility, employee engagement, and stakeholder trust across traditional, digital, and social platforms. What Manager Internal & External Communications - MMBL Does?Drive a strong and consistent media narrative in line with Mobilink Bank’s roadmap and communications strategy. Develop high-quality press releases, articles, holding statements, briefing packs, and letters to the editor for Tier-I/II media outlets (print, digital, and electronic).

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, vendors, and strategic partners. Lead social media strategy and content execution on all platforms, primarily focusing on LinkedIn. Organize media engagements: press conferences, interviews, roundtables, meetups, and trainings. Handle crisis communications to protect and uphold the brand’s reputation. Create visual and multimedia assets including corporate videos, presentations, and success stories in liaison with external partners. Provide end-to-end internal communications support including drafting important announcements, CXO messages, content alignment, and internal announcements. Organize townhalls, internal events, and employee campaigns in collaboration with HR and marketing.

Support partnership communication, industry linkages, and cross-functional engagement. Conduct research on industry trends to generate relevant reports and insights for senior management. What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Internal & External Communications - MMBL?Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (Masters preferred). Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in reputable organizations (banking sector experience would be a plus). Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong PR, networking, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and visual presentation tools. Ownership & time management. Analytical and research abilities. Crisis communication and stakeholder handling.
