Audience Engagement: Use approved engagement scripts to increase audience interaction and participation.Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company guidelines and platform rules during live sessions.Support the Host: Assist the live host by relaying important updates, tracking product availability, Pin and Unpinning the Product and Live Substitution.Issue Escalation: Flag technical problems, customer disputes, or unusual activity to the Moderator Specialist or Manager.Post-Live Documentation: Submit daily reports summarizing sales, engagement metrics, and operational challenges.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).1+ year of experience in live streaming, or e-commerce preferred.Experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or social media sales preferred. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Proficient with platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, OBS, or similar live-streaming tools.Strong communication and multitasking skills.Familiarity with social media platforms and live selling tools.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
