Executive LinkedIn Content Manager

About the RoleHeyBuddy Solutions is looking for a part time Executive LinkedIn Content Manager to support our CEO with her personal brand and audience growth. This role will focus on creating content, managing engagement, and helping build a consistent presence on LinkedIn. Hours will increase as we scale.Responsibilities Create posts for our CEO that reflect her tone and communication style Develop weekly content calendars Turn ideas, voice notes, meetings, and updates into clear and engaging posts Monitor and engage with comments and messages in a natural and human way Research topics related to outsourcing, BPO, AI, leadership, and startup growth Track post performance and share insights with suggestions Support audience growth by engaging with key accounts and conversations Work closely with our CEO to capture stories, lessons, and daily moments that can be turned into strong contentWhat We Are Looking For Experience writing for personal brands or founders Strong writing and storytelling skills Ability to adapt to someone’s voice and write naturally Comfortable interviewing or asking questions to extract ideas Understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and growth Organized, consistent, and proactive Portfolio or samples of previous content workNice to Have Experience with content strategy Basic video clipping or editing skills Familiarity with outsourcing or startup environmentsHours and Setup Starts part time Opportunity to grow into more hoursRemote role Flexible work schedule as long as deadlines and weekly outputs are metHow to Apply Send your portfolio, writing samples, and a short intro about your experience.
