We are now looking for a MODERN WORK EXPERT to join Finnair’s Enterprise AI team in Digital Unit in Finnair HQ near Helsinki Airport. Enterprise AI team is part of Finnair’s Digital Enterprise team, which play a crucial role in supporting Finnair’s Finance & Procurement, People & Culture and other Group Functions as well as helping to scale AI capabilities to meet the unique needs of the organization.Enterprise AI team’s mission is to seamlessly integrate AI into daily work, delivering reliable, effective, and creative solutions that enhance workplace experience. Additionally, the team is responsible for scaling AI capabilities to address the distinct needs of the organization and drive AI innovation collectively across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Finnair team!As a Modern Work Expert, you are responsible for supporting the operating model, providing day-to-day engagement for users to achieve AI-driven modern work. This includes change management support for business unit leaders and their unit AI champions.Your Tasks Include But Are Not Limited ToBeing the line of contact for everyday AI user – supporting end-users for AI adoption, gathering feedback, and translating user needs into actionable development tasks. Providing guidance for the process users within Modern Work digital ecosystem (i.e. M365 Copilot, internal-built GPT application, other in-house applications) Arrange training of the process adoption, gather feedback and develop process as needed Ensure ways of working are documented and consistent with Finnair digital operating model Coordinate technical requests, and address them to our subject matter experts, partner suppliers and vendors Plan and coordinate activities and engagement for Finnair AI & Analytics community, with Head of Data, Enterprise AI lead and Competence Development lead Required SkillsFew years of experience in project coordination, change management and related development tasks. Sufficient understanding of AI technologies and automation tools, including M365 Copilot, GPT-based applications, and other modern work platforms. Strong facilitation and project management skills, with ability to communicate and present concisely to a variety of stakeholders simultaneously within the organization. Familiarity with the process way of working Analytical, business-minded, proactive and independent working style Fluent written and spoken English. Finnish is an advantage.
