Department: Digital and TechnologyLocation: Khalifa ParkJob Purpose: To support day-to-day operations, digital project execution, and application lifecycle management within Modon Communities. This hybrid role combines application techno-functional support, vendor coordination, and process-led digital enablement for systems such as Real Estate ERP, CAFM/CMMS, CRM, and customer portals. The Associate will assist in ensuring robust application performance, successful project delivery, and overall digital enhancement aligned with Modon’s strategic goals. Key Roles, Responsibilities & Duties: 1. Application Support (Techno-Functional)Serve as primary liaison for LoB users for Real Estate ERP, CAFM, CRM, and other operational systems.
Translate business requirements into functional/system specifications and user stories. Participate in application configuration, testing, and deployment coordination. Manage access, releases, and end-user support with vendors/internal teams. Prepare SOPs, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions. 2. Project Management & ExecutionCoordinate planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of digital projects. Maintain RAID logs, timelines, and resource maps; escalate risks or blockers. Manage project documentation: charters, scope, and deployment plans. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and vendor coordination. Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and quality objectives. 3. Vendor & Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with internal units (Operations, Leasing, FM, Security) to finalize cross-functional needs.
Work with software vendors/consultants for issue resolution, enhancements, and UAT. Contribute to RFPs, vendor evaluations, SOWs, SLAs, and change requests. 4. System Integration Awareness & Data HandlingUnderstand integration points (ERP–CRM, CAFM–IoT, Portals–APIs) for troubleshooting and enhancement. Validate and cleanse data sets; contribute to reporting and insights. Coordinate with IT infrastructure/platform teams to ensure performance. 5. Reporting & Continuous ImprovementProvide dashboards and reports on system usage, incidents, and project status. Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system utilization. Maintain application documentation and contribute to rollout playbooks. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Certifications in PMP, Agile, or ITIL are an added advantage. Experience & Competencies: Experience: 7–10 years overall experience, including: 3–5 years in application or ERP functional support roles. 2+ years in IT project engagement/coordination. Preferable exposure to real estate/facilities management domains. Working knowledge of system integrations (CRM–ERP, APIs), mobile apps, and cloud-hosted applications. Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication. Efficient multitasking and priority management. Experience in solution design and documentation. Hands-on in UAT coordination, user training, and system walkthroughs.
Comfortable with ERP, centralized IT, and hybrid digital environments.
