Job Description

ThinkWell and partners are assembling a roster of experienced consultants to support a ThinkWell-led consortium bid for the Gavi Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Support Services Request for Proposals. We are recruiting for various levels of experience, please indicate your preferred role title and number of years of experience.If selected, your CV may be included in the consortium's proposed consultant roster submission to Gavi. Inclusion in the roster does not guarantee employment but indicates potential engagement should the consortium be awarded the contract. Note that consultants will be engaged for short term assignments.We are seeking consultants with strong experience in research, evidence generation, data analytics, and synthesis in global health, particularly in immunization and health systems strengthening.Consultants may contribute to activities aligned with workstreams below:Workstream 1. Evidence Generation and Research Support‒ Designing and implementing research studies, rapid assessments, and surveys‒ Developing study protocols, sampling strategies, and data collection tools‒ Conducting systematic literature reviews and evidence syntheses‒ Supporting implementation research related to vaccine delivery, equity, and zero-dose populations‒ Tracking emerging research and evidence relevant to Gavi-supported programmes‒ Managing or coordinating multi-country research activities and partners‒ Synthesizing findings into technical reports, policy briefs, and knowledge products‒ Supporting dissemination of evidence through presentations, technical papers, and peer-reviewed publicationsWorkstream 2. Data, Evidence Generation, Analysis and Reporting‒ Extracting and structuring data from grant documents, program reports, and datasets‒ Developing and maintaining multi-country datasets for program analysis‒ Conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis to assess program performance‒ Performing thematic analyses and cross-country desk reviews‒ Producing synthesis reports, evidence briefs, and analytical products‒ Supporting development of dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting tools‒ Contributing to knowledge management and learning products to inform programmatic decision-makingFuture assignments may involve collaboration with global health partners and stakeholders to generate actionable insights supporting immunization strategy and program design.RequirementsYour qualifications and experience We are recruiting for a range of roles and experience levels:Degree in public health, epidemiology, health economics, international development, statistics, or related fields are preferred.Language‒ Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in the official language(s) of the country where the consultant is based or where work will be conducted is desirable.
