We are a bootstrapped early-stage startup and are looking for our Doodlnauts to take this growth journey to the next level.What will the role look like?The role of a Motion Graphic Designer is a Full-Time, Work-From-Anywhere job, where you will directly work with our clients and support them with amazing videos to help them grow their businesses.Though this work is remote-based, we will never let you feel lonely. You will be constantly interacting with the Founders (who are directly involved in the operations) to ensure Quality & Efficiency in the Production process.We passionately believe in creating a friendly culture where you can enjoy what you do while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Responsibilities Create & timely deliver quality videos based on the client's brief. Be ego-free (that’s what we do here) and do what is best for the client. To maintain Quality - Focus on accuracy and pay attention to detail. You need to understand the client’s request in-depth and make sure that your output is in line with the brief. Observe and learn - Understand the brand you are working for and the taste of the client. Coordinate with the founders to help strategize and strengthen the current work process and quality norms Communicate with the assigned clients via email, and troubleshoot issues independently When relevant, explore and incorporate AI-assisted video generation tools (like Runway, Pika Labs, VEO 3, SeedDream, etc.) to speed up workflows or enhance creative output. You need to be available Full-Time following the regular work schedule.Experience Minimum relevant experience of 2 years Hands-on experience in designing & delivering professional videos and client interaction Added Advantage: Portfolio showcasing projects created or enhanced using AI video tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, VEO 3, SeedDream, or Higgsfield.Qualifications RequiredMinimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (preferably in graphic design, animation, visual communications, or a related field)Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After EffectsProficiency in MS PowerPointPreferred / AdvantageousKnowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe AnimatePortfolio pieces demonstrating motion graphics, animation, or video workExperience using AI-assisted video tools (Runway, Pika Labs, VEO 3, SeedDream, Higgsfield) — desirable but not requiredKey Professional Skills & Attributes Proficiency in written English is a must Knowledge of spreadsheets & basic Marketing fundamentals is preferable Strong Attention to detail, Observation skills, Commitment & Responsibility Team-player, Positive attitudeEquipment Requirements Daily unlimited access to the internet with speed not less than 20 Mbps An updated computer or laptop with SSD and RAM bandwidth that can handle a good volume of design Updated web camera installed for internal meetings and training Adobe CC AI, PSD & AE installedWhat is in it for you?
