At FutureBrand, we’re looking for a Motion Designer to help define and deliver motion languages and systems for some of the world’s most iconic brands.You’re ready for more — more responsibility, more challenges, and more room to grow. You bring a strategic mindset, creative excellence, and a collaborative spirit to every project. You care deeply about the craft and the people behind it.What You Bring Mastery of 2D and 3D animation with a sharp sense of timing, choreography, and nuance. Deep understanding of motion design as a brand system — not just a visual layer. Expertise in After Effects and Cinema 4D, with solid skills in Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe suite. Experience planning, storyboarding, and producing films across formats and platforms. Ability to define and implement motion principles and behaviors that scale across brand experiences. Familiarity with UI motion and prototyping; creative coding is a bonus. Strong grasp of designing for web, television, and social media — and the constraints of each.What You’ll Do Lead and inspire teams to deliver motion systems that elevate brand storytelling. Be a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic, solutions-oriented guidance. Champion creative excellence and ensure work travels further through innovation and relevance. Cultivate a culture of bold ideas, open dialogue, and diverse perspectives. Mentor junior creatives and help shape the next generation of talent. Partner with ECD/CDs to drive team development, impactful hiring, and entrepreneurial thinking. Collaborate across teams and the wider network to unlock new business opportunities. Represent FutureBrand at industry events and build your presence as a thought leader.Leadership & Impact Drive your team with integrity, ambition, and a hunger for excellence.
