Job Title: Motion Graphics DesignerLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer who can bring stories, concepts, and campaigns to life through visually stunning animation. You’ll be creating dynamic video content for ads, social media, websites, and branded campaigns that captivate audiences and elevate our creative output.This role is perfect for someone who’s both imaginative and technical — someone who can design from scratch, animate with finesse, and understands how movement enhances brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities· Conceptualize and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital ads, social media, presentations, and video content.· Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and design teams to develop visually compelling assets aligned with campaign goals.· Animate typography, logo reveals, transitions, and visual elements with a keen eye for timing and rhythm.· Work closely with video editors and designers to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into multimedia projects.· Stay up to date with design and animation trends, software updates, and best practices.· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Requirements· Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role (portfolio required).· Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.· Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.· Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound synchronization.· Excellent attention to detail, composition, and color balance.· Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualities· Experience designing for social media ads and performance marketing campaigns.· Ability to conceptualize creative ideas quickly and translate them into polished visuals.· A strong sense of modern aesthetics — clean, premium, and engaging design style.*Kindly include your portfolio link on your CV
