You play a key role in the development and optimization of systems for drug production, medical devices and biotechnology, for example.Your work is crucial to the success of these projects.ResponsibilitiesAs a MSAT Digital Process Engineer, you support the digital transformation of laboratory activities by integrating MSAT lab processes into the iLab software platform.You develop and implement electronic notebook methods to replace traditional paper-based workflows.You connect and configure laboratory equipment to ensure seamless data flow and efficient operations.You collaborate closely with scientific teams to translate laboratory processes into digital formats.You ensure accurate and structured data collection to enable global data analysis.You act as a key contact between laboratory users and digital system developers.You provide training and guidance to laboratory personnel to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools.You identify opportunities to optimize laboratory workflows through innovative digital solutions.You troubleshoot and resolve issues related to iLab usage and laboratory connectivity.You contribute to building a more efficient, data-driven, and future ready laboratory environment.RequirementsPhD or Master's in Life Sciences with at least 3 years of relevant experience in biotech process or analytical development.Hands-on lab experience, including mammalian cell culture in bioreactors, protein purification and/or analytical assays.Familiar with laboratory informatics, data management systems, and digital lab solutions.Strong affinity for IT and an exploratory mindset.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; accurate and detail-oriented.Flexible, eager to learn, and a strong team player.Fluent in written and spoken English.At STAR, your career is our focus.
