Position Summary JOB DESCRIPTION AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Multimedia Specialist to drive its mission of delivering high-impact visual content that enhances learning, engagement, and institutional branding. In this pivotal role, the Multimedia Specialist will produce engaging video content, motion graphics, and animations; collaborate with creative teams; manage multimedia assets; and ensure visual consistency across platforms. Motion Graphics & Animation Design: Design and deliver visually engaging motion graphics for social media, presentations, websites, and internal communications. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and video teams to plan and produce multimedia projects that support branding and strategic goals. Video Editing & Enhancement: Edit raw footage, incorporate effects, sound, and graphics to produce professional-quality videos. Asset Management & Innovation: Maintain a well-organized digital library of multimedia content and stay current with emerging trends and tools in video production and digital storytelling.Ideal Candidate Profile Technical Proficiency: Skilled in video editing software, animation tools, and multimedia production platforms (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). Creative Storytelling: Able to convey complex ideas through engaging visuals and multimedia content. Attention to Detail: Ensures high production quality by carefully reviewing edits, graphics, and transitions. Team Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and content creators. Adaptability: Keeps up with multimedia trends and quickly learns new tools or techniques as needed.Education and Experience Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field. Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years in multimedia production, video editing, and motion graphics. Specific Skills or Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop); strong storytelling and visual design skills; ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Additional Certifications: Certifications in digital media production or motion graphics are a plus.
