We are seeking a passionate and skilled Music Teacher to join our Lilongwe branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in one or more instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, violin, drums, voice, saxophone, etc.), nurturing students’ musical abilities, and inspiring a love for music in learners of all ages.Key Responsibilities:Teach individual and group music lessons to children and adults.Prepare students for performances, exams, and recitals.Create engaging lesson plans tailored to different skill levels.Maintain a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.Support the school's mission to promote music education in the community.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Music or Music Education (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in at least one instrument (multi-instrumentalists preferred).Teaching experience, especially with children, is an advantage.Good communication skills and a patient, enthusiastic attitude.Branch Manager – Lilongwe BranchJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and organized Branch Manager to lead the operations of our new music school in Lilongwe. The Branch Manager will oversee staff, ensure quality delivery of programs, manage student enrollment, and coordinate community outreach.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily branch operations, scheduling, and staffing.Coordinate with headquarters on strategic goals and reporting.Promote the school’s programs to the local community.Handle admissions, customer service, and parent communications.Ensure the school maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Music Management, Education, or related field.Previous experience in school or center management.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
