Through community partnerships, the organization aims to improve food security, protect natural resources, and promote inclusive development. As part of its mission, ClimateWise builds resilience for both people and the planet, driving positive change and fostering sustainable growth. Role Description This is a part-time internship role with ClimateWise Organization, located on-site in Lilongwe, Malawi. The Intern will support a project in Dowa district, including community outreach. Daily tasks may include assisting in program development, preparing reports, and engaging with stakeholders. The Intern will also work closely with team members to contribute to actionable solutions that align with the organization’s goals in sustainability and resilience building. Qualifications Strong problem-solving skillsExcellent writing, editing, and communication abilitiesKnowledge of sustainability, or community developmentAbility to collaborate effectively in team environments and with diverse stakeholdersFlexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in dynamic settingsProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital toolsPrevious experience in nonprofit work or development projects is a plusBachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Gender and Development Studies, or a related field
