Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT TO DO): ● Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision. ● Design innovative personnel systems including compensation and benefits (C&B), evaluation and grading systems (HRBP), education and training (L&D), etc. ● Listening to the voices of frontline members and effectively incorporating their feedback into systems and policies via operating and supporting the HRBP model. ● Formulate and implement HR plans and strategies to effectively support the accomplishment of the company’s overall business operational goals. ● Cooperation with Japanese sides and the Global Section at the Head Office. ● Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing time and attendance, other compliance and governance checks, career development, succession planning, retention, and talent acquisition globally. ● Work with the Board of Directors on other tasks. YOU HAVE: ● A minimum with at least three years of work experience as a CHRO or similar role (experience in a foreign-invested company with 200 - 500 employees is preferred). ● In-depth knowledge of all the Human Resources functions. ● Ability to offer suggestions and opinions to the Board of Directors. ● Strong in promoting skills development. ● Capable of developing innovative systems and embracing new challenges. ● Ability to implement PDCA cycle. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Excellent logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. ● Being fluent in English.
