Job Location - Casablanca, MoroccoEducation- Bachelor’s degree, Prefer MBA in Sales & MarketingExperience - Minimum 10 years’ experience in Power sector, preferably with renewable experience.Job PurposeThe primary purpose of this role is to drive the business development and commercial growth within the Power & Utilities (P&U) and renewable energy sectors in the North African (NAF) countries.ResponsibilitiesLeads Business Development for Power & Utilities and renewable sector. This includes the commercial & sales development activities such as market Surveys, support to network, proposals, tender etc.Establishes sales strategies to develop business in renewable sector through a deep understanding of the client’s business needs in this market.Development and maintenance of all Energy projects, opportunities & tenders,Full accountability of the sales & Revenue budget outputSteers and coordinates market sector tribe / network.Ensures a good level of satisfaction of the clients of the marketIdentification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review.Management and grow with key accounts as may be defined by S&M Director and IND Director.Support BV offices with marketing tools such as presentation material, profile, catalogue, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc.Support BV Operations Teams to build local skills and develop competencies for the relevant Services during CAPEX and OPEX phases of projects, from Permitting, to Design & procurement, to Construction & Commissioning, and to Operation of the plant.Business RequirementsDeveloping the strategy, sales and revenues of P&U market.Experience of business development in P&U marketExperience dealing with both public sector companies and Private sector companies for tendering, negotiations and finalizationsTravel within the region as per business need.
