The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to book them in for appointments, provide exceptional customer service, and close sales opportunities. The role involves handling inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our advertising services. Daily tasks include updating CRM records, managing follow-ups, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and handle client inquiries effectively.Experience in Sales with a focus on hitting and exceeding targets.Customer Support experience to manage post-sales relationships and resolve issues promptly.Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent time management and organizational skills.Previous experience in telesales, advertising, or related fields is a plus.
