You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end execution of creative initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring timely and seamless project delivery. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives in a creative environment and can juggle multiple projects daily — from brief to final execution. Gurugram, IndiaKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and daily workflows for branding and marketing projectsCoordinate tasks between internal departments, including design, copy, production, and operationsWork closely with marketing ops, growth marketing, and product teams to ensure alignmentManage day-to-day execution of marketing projects, including scheduling, resource planning, and issue resolutionSource and book freelance talent including designers, videographers, editors, animators, and writersCollaborate with stakeholders to optimize productivity and streamline creative operationsTrack project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement timely solutionsStay updated with industry trends and share insights to elevate creative outputSkills & Key CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 4-5 years’ experience in project coordination or management, preferably in fashion or e-commerceStrong understanding of digital marketing, creative workflows, and branding processesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilities to manage stakeholders across departmentsProficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.
com, or Microsoft Project)Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience in managing freelance resources and creative vendors is a plus
