As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead our content strategy across platforms and engage with our audience in new and impactful ways. Your MissionYou will be responsible for growing our social media profiles organically, increasing engagement, and helping amplify the voice of Nargis across platforms.
You will lead the development and execution of creative campaigns, content calendars, and performance analytics — all while ensuring brand consistency and innovation. Key Responsibilities • Strategy & Execution: Lead the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms with a focus on organic growth and engagement. • Content Creation: Conceptualize and collaborate on visually compelling and editorially aligned content (stories, reels, videos, carousel posts, etc. ). • Campaign Management: Launch and manage content campaigns, challenges, influencer collaborations, and giveaways. • Community Management: Engage actively with our audience, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with loyal followers. • Analytics & Insights:
Track performance weekly/monthly using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others. Provide regular reports with improvement strategies. • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and viral moments. Propose innovative content formats and brand-appropriate experiments. • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with editorial, photo/video, and marketing teams to align messaging and launch campaigns. Qualifications & Skills • Minimum one year of experience managing professional social media accounts. • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audiences, and content types (especially Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn). • Experience managing content calendars, scheduling tools and creative assets.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus. • Proven experience growing social accounts from mid-size to large audiences. • Knowledge of basic performance metrics, social KPIs, and ability to optimize based on insights. • A creative and strategic thinkerWhy Join NargisYou’ll be part of a dynamic and passionate team with a unique voice in media.
