We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Investment Analyst to support our investment team in evaluating potential opportunities and monitoring portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of financial principles, and proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling. Key Responsibilities: · Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement models, DCF, LBO, sensitivity analyses, etc.
) in Excel to support investment decisions· Conduct industry research, market sizing, and competitive landscape analyses· Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, including financial due diligence and preparation of investment memos and presentations· Support the preparation of pitch decks and internal/external reports· Monitor portfolio companies’ performance, KPIs, and financial metrics· Analyze and interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal and operations, during deal execution· Maintain data rooms and manage document flow during transactionsRequirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field· 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role (internships included)· Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis· Familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable, precedent transactions)· Excellent analytical and quantitative skills· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment· CFA or other financial certification (or currently pursuing) is a plusPreferred Skills: · Experience with data visualization tools (e. g.
