PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.The RoleWe currently have an opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our Business Partnerships team. A key requirement will be to develop and maintain working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring that day to day service delivery, management of data and effective communication is delivered throughout the business.Key Areas Of ResponsibilityManage the end-to-end contract lifecycle across PrixCar's service linesOversee customer performance against agreed contractual parameters, ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently achievedEnsure all contract delivery aligns with senior management directives, customer policies, and statutory regulationsActively support and participate in the company’s Business Improvement ProgramDevelop excellent customer relationships through a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approachPlan and coordinate account activities, adapting to changing requirements to deliver optimal outcomes for customersIdentify opportunities for organic growth through cross-selling value-added solutionsPrepare, support, and contribute to business development initiatives and tender submissionsLead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work processes and operational performanceProvide timely and effective follow-up to internal and external customer enquiries, concerns, and escalationsDevelop and implement performance measurement criteria (KPIs) for customer profitability, delivering monthly reports to senior managementSkills And ExperienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally working with OEMs, dealerships, and/or fleet managementExceptional rapport-building and relationship management skills, with the ability to establish trust, influence stakeholders, and maintain long-term client partnershipsStrong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and persuasive capabilityCustomer-centric mindset with the ability to manage pressure and challenging situations professionallyAdvanced computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFast learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to following up on outstanding issuesStrong planning skills with the ability to execute tasks effectively and consistentlyExcellent organisational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilitiesAble to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environmentAutomotive industry experience is preferred but not essentialWhat we Offer?X-Factor Rewards & Recognition Program: Celebrate your achievements with a culture that recognises performance, commitment, and contributionTraining & Development: Grow your career through structured leadership programs, professional development pathways, and ongoing mentoringFinancial Benefits & Incentives: Enjoy exclusive partner discounts, employee referral bonuses, and service recognition rewards as part of our commitment to valuing your contributionWellbeing Support: Access our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing confidential counselling and wellness resources to support your overall wellbeingPrixcar is an employer of equal opportunity and encourages and values diversity and inclusion.
