Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity This senior role leads retail strategy for Aotearoa and directly manages the relationship with a major national retailer, while overseeing two National Key Account Managers responsible for other key accounts. It's a rare opportunity to shape commercial outcomes, lead high-performing people, and bring analytical, market-led thinking to a business in positive rebuild mode. Ngā kawenga | What You’ll Be DoingOwn and manage the national relationship with one of NZ’s largest retail chainsLead and coach two National Key Account Managers across the retail channelDevelop and execute joint business plans, promotional calendars, and pricing strategiesUse data-driven insights to influence retail performance and improve forecasting accuracyCollaborate across supply chain, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure delivery on commercial targetsRepresent the NZ team in ANZ strategic conversationsMōhou ake | About You This role is suited to someone who’s commercially sharp, collaborative, and forward-thinking. You’ll be comfortable in a high-expectation, performance-led environment — and equally confident stepping above the day-to-day to think long-term.
