Location : Cameroun, Yaoundé ou DoualaDuration : Full-time position.What is Abeya?Abeya transforms tropical commodity supply chains by building traceable and reliable supplier networks worldwide. In Cameroon, we focus on cocoa and coffee—commodities at the intersection of deforestation and sustainable development that are significantly impact the country's landscape. As regulatory pressure on exports increases, we strengthen compliance for both exporters and producers by enhancing supply chains with our technology. We improve traceability and enable food companies and manufacturers to access verified supply chains, creating a procurement platform that combines direct sourcing with measurable impact.In Cameroon, Abeya has already built supplier network in the center and the South-ouest, covering all major cocoa-producing regions, and is now seeking to incorporate new crops.What does this job entail?Abeya is seeking a Coordinator to support its expansion in Cameroon. The coordinator will oversee the integration of cooperatives and exporters into the Abeya network and ensure the successful execution of client orders — from the farm to the port. This role will work closely with, and report directly to, the directors’ team in Europe.Who are we looking for?We are looking for a dynamic Coordinator with excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and grow Abeya’s network in Cameroon.Key requirementsLanguage: Fluent in French and EnglishAcademic: Minimum bachelor’s degree in adequate subjectsExperience: At least 2 years at the intersection of technology and operations, building networks of users on the ground.
