You will manage relationships with major national chains and pharmacy networks, ensuring strong execution of promotional plans and achievement of ambitious sales and GTN targets. In this role, you will inspire and develop a team of Key Account Managers, drive Perrigo brands’ visibility, and secure long-term partnerships through effective negotiations and strategic planning.Scope of the RoleUnique opportunity to join growing organization;Opportunity to deal and manage Pharma channels and customers;Responsibility for delivering sales targets and GTN management;Drive Perrigo brands in National chains via effective promotional activities plans;Leading, motivating, developing a team of Key Account Managers;Experience RequiredExperience and knowledge of OTC categories and Pharma channel – mandatoryProven success in Key Account ManagementExperience in leading contracts and annual negotiationsAdvanced analytical skills and financial acumenTeam management experienceStrong leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholdersExcellent communication skills at all organizational levelsUniversity degreeFluent in Polish and EnglishBenefitsWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
