We deliver a full spectrum of products nationally and internationally — from raw premium panels (E0, MR, HPF; thickness 2.5–33 mm) to ready-to-install, high-quality building products.Our Evolving Product Range Includes Primed mouldings: skirting, architraves, window & door components Flat-panel painted lines: decorative wall linings and flat panels Door components & skins: cores up to 32 mm Ultra HMR MDF: enhanced moisture resistance and durability using MDI resinOur vertical integration supports innovation, quality, sustainability, and customer-centric solutions.The OpportunityAlpine MDF Industries is seeking a National Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial growth across Australia.This is a key executive role in a highly respected, manufacturing-based business producing premium MDF and engineered wood products. You’ll shape our sales strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive expansion into new, value-added markets.Location FlexibilityWhile the role is ideally based at our Wangaratta site in North-East Victoria, we recognise that exceptional candidates may currently reside in Melbourne.For the right person, we offer location flexibility, with the expectation that the successful candidate will spend regular time on site in Wangaratta (for example, 2–3 days per week or as required).This arrangement allows you to combine Melbourne-based work and networking opportunities with hands-on leadership at our manufacturing facility — ensuring strong connection with our production, customer service, and leadership teams.What You’ll Drive Strategic Sales Planning: Shape national B2B strategies across timber, construction, joinery, and OEM, aligned with production capabilities Product Expansion: Partner with leadership to define and prioritise value-added market plays — including pre-finished board, mouldings, and other downstream applications Customer & Distributor Growth: Build loyal partnerships, secure long-term contracts, and expand distribution channels Operations Collaboration: Align sales pipeline with production capacity and logistics efficiencies Marketing Leadership: Spearhead brand campaigns showcasing product innovation across trade, digital, and channel partners High-Performance Team Building: Lead and mentor your commercial team for national successWhat You’ll Bring Proven national sales and marketing leadership in timber, building materials, or engineered wood industries Strong commercial instincts in pricing, negotiation, contracts, and key account management Demonstrated success launching value-added or premium product categories A collaborative, energetic style with the ability to integrate closely with operationsWhy Alpine MDF?
