NDT Level II Inspector

Job OverviewLogic NDT Solutions is seeking a NDT Level II Inspector for our Nisku, AB branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing, developing, and maintaining NDT inspections and Shot Peening services in accordance with company standards. Key responsibilities include conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, setting up and calibrating inspection equipment, performing inspections using various methods such as Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT), interpreting test results, and preparing detailed inspection reports.Role & ResponsibilitiesComplete inspections of tools and digital reports required by customers under the direction of the supervisor.Maintain a safe and clean work environment.Maintain all equipment owned by Logic NDT Solutions Ltd.Complete repairs of down hole drilling tools as per Logic SOPs.Complete all required documentation with detail and accuracy.Pick, ship, and receive various types of equipment based on customer requirements.Perform Shot Peening services as required by the customer under the direction of the supervisor.Complete daily hazard assessments at work locations.Be available for scheduled after-hours support as determined by the supervisor.Follow all safety requirements and those set by customers when working at their facilities.Cross-train and provide support for other services offered by the company.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as NDT InspectorExperience inspecting down hole tools, BHA, drilling tools and mud motors.Ability to operate a forklift and/or craneAbility to complete API RP7G-2/ Spec 7-1 / Spec 7-2 / DS1 inspection.Class 5 Driver's license.Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully, consistent with Logic NDT standardsAbility to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Logic NDT standards.Ability to communicate clearly to staff and customers.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Team player who treats all fellow employees and customers with dignity and respect.Always conduct yourself in a professional manner while representing Logic NDT.About UsAt Logic NDT Solutions our unwavering commitment lies with our clients and partners.
