Operations ManagerAs Operations Manager in the Oil & Gas industry, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and effective workflows, often focusing on optimizing production and minimizing costs. The Operations Manager will oversee the key functions of Project operations: engineering, supply chain, construction, commissioning, QA/QC, risk management, contract management, project management, HSE. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the industry's technical and regulatory landscape. Core Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager will maintain the overall responsibility for the projects’ objectives; yet the Project Managers will still be fully accountable for their respective projects. In the specific he will: • Lead continuous performance excellence with tasks execution responsibility. • Applying industry best practices; develop and maintain productivity norms;• Manage and allocate resources; monitor/maximise productivity and efficiency; and undertakeproactive risk management. • Manage and/or maintain a high-level supervision of Project Managers who are accountable forthe delivery of the projects. • Ensure the engagement of suitable Project resources and develop effective teams to achievesuperior output on site.

• Establish delegation of responsibilities with the Project Managers to define their limits ofauthority. • Act as an escalation point for decisions and issues that are beyond the authority of the ProjectManagers. • Act as an additional line of communication with clients, strengthen the relationship andensure clients’ satisfaction. • Track projects’ progress, administer monthly operations meetings and provide updates tointernal stakeholders on projects progress. • Initiate appropriate actions to keep the projects on track whenever conditions change throughout the lifecycle of the project. • Support the preparation of tenders as required.

• Ensure the performance appraisal and development of key project staff including Project Managers, as well as recruitment of new hires. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (M. Sc. / B. Sc. )• At least 15 years of hands-on Project Management experience, with exposure in multiple large Oil & Gas projects with a tier 1 contractor. • Sound experience with ADNOC project management• Experience on EPC projects of significant value (> USD 200M. )• At least three successfully delivered Oil & Gas projects as a Project Manager in the MENA region• Knowledge of the general Oil & Gas market and, in particular, about Middle East and Africa.

• Proven experience in developing and administering project execution plans, including the development of realistic and detailed construction programs. • Adequate exposure to construction works at site. • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data and documents. • Proficiency in applications including Microsoft Office suite. • Excellent communication skills in English language; good knowledge of Arabic language is recommended. • Strong leadership skills• Excellent communication skills• Problem solver and able to manage teams effectively within a complex, often high-pressure environment. • Strategic thinker.
