.NET Developer - Switzerland

To expand its team, FastCode S.p.A., a company within the TXT Group, is seeking a professional to join as a .NET Developer for high-profile projects based in Switzerland.Role Responsibilities:Design and develop enterprise applications using the Microsoft stack; Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance on both legacy and modern on-premise systems; Apply SOLID principles and design patterns to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code; Collaborate with internal teams and functional roles to analyze and gather requirements; Produce clear, detailed, and well-structured technical documentation; Actively participate in defining best practices and continuously improving development processes. Technical Skills Required:Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core); Hands-on experience applying SOLID principles and major design patterns (e.g., Factory, Repository, Dependency Injection); Familiarity with on-premise environments for developing enterprise solutions; Excellent knowledge of SQL Server: database design, complex queries, and performance tuning; Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps); Understanding of unit testing practices and continuous integration. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with WCF, Windows Services, or RESTful Web APIs; Familiarity with microservices architectures, including non-cloud environments; Ability to optimize server-side application performance; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; High attention to code quality, efficiency, and documentation; Proactive in collaboration and knowledge sharing; Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable; Excellent communication skills, especially in international and multidisciplinary contexts.
