We are seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to relocate to Greece - we provide a relocation package!We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.· Remote Work Anywhere in Greece· Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)· No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!About the project:You will be supporting Danish-speaking clients of Netflix, an American subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming service. The service primarily distributes original and acquired films and television shows from various genres, and it is available internationally in multiple languages.Your Responsibilities:· Respond to customer inquiries· Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues· Provide information on subscription plans· Assist with account management and billing· Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teamsWhat you will need:· Fluent level of Danish language (at least C1)· Good level of English language (at least B2)· Communication skills· Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things· Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)· Be open to a permanent relocation to Greece - with our excellent relocation package!What you will gain:· Standard salary of X€ gross x 14 months· Performance Bonus up to: 20% of the base salaryAmazing relocation support for those wanting to relocate to Greece paid by the employer:· Paid flight ticket· Airport taxi· 2 weeks free hotel stay· Assistance with finding an apartmentRelocation is required for the entire duration of the training and employment period.Real Recruitment Solutions - we are a recruitment agency that will help you go with the process of your interviews.
