NetServices Specialist

The NetServices Specialist will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level netServices infrastructure across data center and campus environments. The role involves implementing and supporting Cisco SDA, ACI, SD-WAN, and wireless solutions, as well as assisting in troubleshooting and performance optimization. The position requires close coordination with the IT team, vendors, and service providers to ensure reliable and secure netServices operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide operational support for LAN, WAN, and Wireless netServices infrastructure including routing, switching, and firewall troubleshooting.• Assist in the implementation and support of Cisco SDA and ACI netServices solutions. • Support day-to-day netServices operations including incident resolution, request fulfillment, and change management activities. • Monitor netServices performance and availability and ensure proactive issue resolution. • Configure and manage VPN connections including SSL, IPsec, GRE, and L2TP. • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers during netServices maintenance or service delivery. • Support deployment of SD-WAN and Cisco ISE solutions in coordination with senior engineers. • Maintain netServices documentation including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures. • Ensure netServices security best practices and coordinate with the Security Operations team for firewall and endpoint-related controls. • Assist in netServices capacity planning, performance analysis, and optimization. • Participate in projects involving new site setup, netServices upgrades, and infrastructure migrations. • Perform periodic review of netServices configurations and implement necessary improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. • Preferred Certification: CCNP or equivalent. • Certified in ITIL frameServices and processes.• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise netServices administration and support. • Strong knowledge of switching technologies (VLAN, STP, Layer 2 protocols, 802.1x). • Good understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS). • Experience with Cisco SDA, ACI, and SD-WAN environments. • Familiar with Cisco ISE, Meraki Wireless, and firewall technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco Firepower). • Hands-on experience with Cisco devices including ASR, Nexus, and ISR series. • Experience in netServices monitoring and management tools. • Good documentation and communication skills. • Ability to Services effectively in a multi-vendor and multi-site environment
