The main purpose of this role is to provide essential support to the People & Culture Manager, contribute to the development and growth of the People & Culture function, and play a key role in advancing the broader HR strategy.
This includes talent acquisition and onboarding, total rewards, performance management, training and development, employee relations, employee benefits, employee engagement, as well as matters related to employer branding. Duties & Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle. Work closely with the line managers for talent acquisition matters. Oversee the day-to-day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and preparing job adverts and offer letters. Participate in the onboarding process and provides improvement ideas that will help new staff adapt to the NetU environment. Ensure effective implementation of internal human capital processes, policies and procedures.
Develop and monitor talent management systems and initiatives. Assist in employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work culture. Monitor and review of the performance management system ensuring that appropriate plans are in place for managing retention, talent and career development. Participate in the design of the learning and development function of the company contributing to the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of diverse learning initiatives. Help create an environment where NetU is seen as a great place to work and where continuous improvement is highly important.
Requirements University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or any other relevant field. At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a recruitment role within a fast-paced organisation. Experience in the IT industry will be a plus Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems and resume databases. Knowledge of HRISs. Methodical, organised and able to work under pressure to deliver within strict deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
