Network Administrator (1 Position at Head office)

Roles & ResponsibilitiesNetwork Administrator is responsible for maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation. The basic roles and responsibilities of Network Administrator includes:Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.2 years of experience in a network administrator role.Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching.Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking.Experience with equipment Cisco, Huawei.Good communication skills (written and verbal).How To ApplyInterested and qualified applicants should submit only your updated covering letter and CV stating the position you apply for with current photo (4x6) through our E-mail: recruitment@ababank.comNote: For more vacancies please visit our website: www.ababank.com if the above job advertisement doesn’t meet your career goalCompany DescriptionABA Bank is one of Cambodia's premier banking institutions founded in 1996 as the Advanced Bank of Asia Limited.
