Job Description

The Network and System Administrator is responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, and reliable operation of the company's entire IT infrastructure. This includes managing all local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), server infrastructure (physical and virtual), operating systems, and critical business applications. The core mission is to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of all IT systems that support business continuity.RequirementsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a network and systemadministration role.• Network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).• Windows Server environments and Active Directory.• Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint).• Firewall and switch configuration (e.g., Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto,Fortinet).• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft365 Certified: Administrator Associate, CCNA).• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualization(VMware, Hyper-V).• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.• Experience in [Your Industry, e.g., manufacturing, finance, softwaredevelopment].Benefits Competitive salary package.
