Job Description: Network Development EngineerJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Development Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and resilient network solutions to support current and future business needs, including automation, integration, and continuous performance enhancements.Key Responsibilities·       Design and implement enterprise-grade network solutions (LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN).·       Develop network architecture strategies that align with business objectives.·       Automate network operations using scripting and network configuration tools (e.g., Python, Ansible).·       Perform regular network performance tuning and capacity planning,·       Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.·       Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and processes.·       Evaluate new networking technologies and vendors to improve network efficiency and scalability.·       Provide Level 3 support for complex network issues.·       Training and developing technical knowledge for Company staff Qualifications·       Required:·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.·       Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.·       Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, STP).·       Experience with Cisco, Nokia, or similar enterprise-grade hardware.·       Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix).·       Proficiency in scripting for network automation (Python, Bash, Ansible, etc.).·       Relevant certifications such as CCNP, NRS, or equivalent.·       Experience of working in large-scale, multi-vendor environments.
