Job Description

Position Description:The Channel Development Specialist is responsible for assisting the Network Manager in managing the channel development business, coordinating the preparation of overall reporting materials for the network department, including channel development declarations, dealer visit reports, demo reports, etc., and assisting the Channel Manager in promoting the development of other channel businesses.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the jurisdiction of the regional channel investment sourcing, negotiation, site visits, and other work.Responsible for assisting in the completion of channel planning, development strategy development, and terminal area information collection and organization.Responsible for the development, adjustment, and optimization of the channel investment manual, channel development process, and management methods at all levels.Responsible for the development of all kinds of channel declaration materials, inspection reports, and presentation reports.Responsible for organizing and organizing the presentation meeting for new dealers.Responsible for assisting the channel manager in dealing with daily affairs.Qualification:Fluent spoken Chinese, English, and Thai preferredBachelor's degree or higher requiredMarketing, Internet, Sales Management, or equivalent degree preferredProficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft OfficeOrganized event management with attention to detail and process managementStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredOutgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skillsGood at innovating, managing, and setting rulesOur benefits:• Fixed Bonus• Variable Bonus• Provident Fund (Employer contribution ranges from 3% to 8%, based on years of service)• Phone Allowance depends on Job Level• Meal Allowance• Overtime Meal Allowance• Birthday Allowance• Wedding Congratulations Allowance• Newborn Gifts Allowance• Employee Funeral Assistance• Funeral Assistance for Employee Family Members.• Group Health includes IPD and OPD coverage (Enhanced mental health coverage), Accident, Life, and Dental Insurances - Coverage begins on the employee's start date.• 5 working days (Monday-Friday)• Annual leave (Starts at 7 days, increasing to a maximum of 15 days, based on years of service)• Marriage Leave• Funeral Leave for family members• Childcare Leave
