We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Monitoring Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Nagios setup, configuration, and administration.Position Objective / Job SummaryProvide 1st-level support for all alerts and monitoring-supported services globally, ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous incident management.Training DetailsDuration: 4–6 weeksSetup: RemoteAvailability: Can start immediatelyDeployment SetupWork Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)Schedule: ShiftingKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor network and system health, investigate alerts, and report findings using monitoring tools.Perform initial troubleshooting, escalation, and coordination of incidents per defined procedures.Log, tag, and perform first-level fixes for servers, networks, and applications in line with SLAs.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure SLA compliance.Adhere to company policies and information security standards.Technical CompetenciesProficient in PC Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS).Strong hands-on experience with Nagios — setup, configuration, alert management, and administration are highly preferred.Familiar with tools such as AppDynamics, Elastic, and SolarWinds.Capable of generating scheduled reports and documenting monitoring processes.Knowledge of ITIL framework and ticketing tools.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 3 years in monitoring or infrastructure support (problem tracking & incident management).Advantage: Experience with applications, network environments, and customer interaction.Skills & AttributesHighly organized with strong prioritization skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Technically adept in SQL Databases, Windows, and Linux OS.Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting schedules.Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.Ready to make an impact?Be part of a team that drives operational excellence through intelligent monitoring and proactive solutions.Apply now and help us keep systems running seamlessly!
