Network Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Network Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level IT infrastructure and opportunities for growth in technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:⦁ Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless solutions).⦁ Coordinates closely with internal sales, project managers and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics.⦁ Provide on-site and remote technical support according to SLA.⦁ Troubleshoot and resolve network/system issues, escalating when required.⦁ Support project implementation together with sales, project management, and service teams.⦁ Prepare documentation, reports, and knowledge transfer materials for clients.⦁ Assist in proof-of-concept and product evaluation activities.⦁ Maintain awareness of new technologies and competitive products.⦁ To provides technical support to customers by remotely or onsite support according to SLA.⦁ Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.Qualifications:⦁ Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).⦁ 1–3 years of experience in networking deployment or support.⦁ Familiarity with L2/L3 protocols (STP, LACP, OSPF, VRRP, VXLAN) and WLAN technologies.⦁ Experience with multivendor environments.⦁ Basic knowledge of network security solutions (firewalls, endpoint security, email security).⦁ Hands-on with server/virtualization/storage platforms is a plus.⦁ Knowledge of network automation (Python, Ansible) is an advantage.⦁ Language skills: Proficiency in either Chinese or English (both are an advantage).⦁ Certifications such as CCNP/HCIP/PCNSE or equivalent are a strong plus.
