This is a 3-month, remote, phone-based support role based in Manila, Philippines, providing real-time assistance to field engineers during network upgrades and migrations.This role involves supporting the migration from Cisco Viptela SDWAN to Cisco Meraki SDWAN/SASE, requiring a strong understanding of networking concepts, hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki technologies, and the ability to troubleshoot and support field teams effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the migration from Cisco Viptela SDWAN to Cisco Meraki SDWAN/SASECollaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and integrationConduct network assessments and assist in optimizing migration strategiesConfigure and manage Meraki SDWAN devices, ensuring high performance and securityProvide live phone-based technical support to field engineers during and after migrationTroubleshoot and resolve network issues in real-timeDocument network configurations, migration plans, and support notesShare knowledge and mentor junior team members when neededStay up to date on the latest in SDWAN/SASE technologies and best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on SDWAN technologiesHands-on experience with:Meraki SwitchesMist WirelessZscalerCisco Viptela SDWANCisco Meraki SDWAN/SASEStrong understanding of routing, switching, and network protocolsFamiliarity with network security principlesExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and ability to support remote teams under pressureRelevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, or Meraki certifications) are highly desirableIf you are a network professional looking for a dynamic short-term opportunity supporting a high-impact migration project, we encourage you to apply today.
