Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a NOC Operator for a leading financial organization in Central IsraelRole Overview: A shift-based position (24/6) responsible for monitoring and controlling enterprise IT systems. The role includes detecting and analyzing system alerts, identifying root causes, escalating to the appropriate teams, managing incidents end-to-end, and providing ongoing updates to internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Monitor IT systems and identify faults in real time.Analyze alert severity and understand operational implications.Resolve issues or route them to relevant technical teams.Produce status updates and reports for customers and technology units.Oversee incidents from initial detection through final resolution.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC or System teams.Background working in a large organization with hundreds of users.Experience with monitoring systems and troubleshooting complex issues.Experience with AS400 – advantage.Familiarity with monitoring tools such as BMC Helix or Entuity – advantage.
