Network Specialist

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Network Infrastructure Specialist for a leading organization Role Overview Responsible for operating, maintaining and optimizing enterprise LAN/WAN networks and communication rooms across a large, distributed environment. The role includes leading advanced networking projects (such as SD-WAN), providing Tier 3 support, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring high availability and resilience of network systems. Hybrid field–office position (approx. 60% office, 40% field), reporting to the Head of Network & Equipment.Requirements • 2+ years of experience managing and operating LAN/WAN networks and communication rooms • Experience working in distributed environments (500+ users) • Knowledge of Juniper / Mist – advantage • CCNP or JNCIS certification – required (additional Juniper certifications are an advantage) • Strong understanding of BGP, EIGRP, HSRP • Experience with SD-WAN and enterprise communication infrastructure
