Why This Role?At Colt, we’re expanding our presence in the Netherlands and seeking a high-performing New Business Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new Dutch multinational mid-market customers. What You’ll DoLead strategic sales engagements with Dutch mid-market multinational prospects.Reignite and grow underutilized or dormant accounts through tailored, consultative approaches.Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.).Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.Drive solution-based sales across Colt’s portfolio, including networking, cloud, and digital infrastructure.Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales execution.Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC).What You BringProven success in new business development and enterprise solution sales.Experience selling into Dutch multinational mid-market companies, ideally in telecom, IT services, or digital infrastructure.Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence at the executive level.A strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering customer outcomes.A self-starter attitude with a hunter mentality and a drive to win.
