Role Description This is a full-time role for an Executive Corporate Administrator, based in Barbados with some flexibility. The Executive Corporate Administrator will be responsible for managing corporate communications, supporting the executive team, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining company records, and handling administrative tasks. Additionally, this role includes overseeing office operations, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

QualificationsStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsProficiency in corporate communication, report preparation, and maintaining company recordsExperience in supporting executive teams and coordinating meetings and eventsFamiliarity with office operations and administrative tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/CRM platforms, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Visio?Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
