Inverness Based But Travel Is Required Throughout NHS HighlandHybrid working availableAn exciting opportunity has arisen at NHS Highland to join our new Speak Up service, launching in November, as a Confidential Contact Officer. This role will provide a confidential service to the workforce in terms of providing advice and support to employees to speak up and raise concerns. It will also provide advice and support around the National Whistleblowing Standards and process.

We are looking for a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at all levels across all areas within the organisation in supporting, providing advice, raising awareness and reportingYou will hold a CIPD Associate membership, or have equivalent qualifications / experience, and be passionate about supporting others. Having previous experience in an HR related role or similar would be beneficial. Evidence of problem solving techniques, facilitation or mediation skills and the ability to manage conflict resolution is required however training will be provided.
