Nigerian Maintenance Manager

Role Description This is a contract role for a Maintenance Manager at Precious Palm Royal Hotel, located in Benin City. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities, including maintenance and repairs of equipment. The role will involve conducting preventive maintenance, managing maintenance schedules and records, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and safely. Supervisory responsibilities include managing a team of maintenance technicians and providing guidance and training as needed. The role is on-site and requires effective communication with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.
