This role combines front office duties with accounting functions and is critical to the smooth operation of the hotel overnight.Key Accountabilities:Supervising front office operations during the overnight shiftPerforming end-of-day closing procedures and prepare financial reportsProviding excellent customer service to guests checking in or out during overnight hours, answering questions, and addressing any concernsHandling guest requests promptly and professionally, including providing information about hotel amenities and local attractionsProcessing check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals and early departures, ensuring all guest requests and issues are resolved promptlyManaging the front desk operations during the night shift, handling guest inquiries, and addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiencyPerforming administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling phone calls or emails as neededMaintaining knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and to assist guests with their needsCoordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel remains clean, safe, and operational throughout the nightEnsuring all night shift duties are completed in accordance with hotel standards before the end of the shiftRequirementsMinimum 2 years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venuesDegree in Hospitality / TourismExcellent knowledge of English language.
