Key Accountabilities:Assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in/check-out experienceEscorting guests to their rooms and providing information about hotel facilities and servicesAssisting with guest inquiries, offering recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activitiesDelivering messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms in a timely and professional mannerEnsuring that guest luggage is safely stored in the designated storage area when requiredMaintaining a clean and organized bell desk and/or luggage storage areaCoordinating with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptlyMonitoring and managing the transportation schedule, assisting guests with transportation arrangementsProviding exceptional customer service, addressing any guest requests or issues with courtesy and efficiencyAssisting guests with special requests, such as arranging for additional amenities or services during their stayRequirementsMinimum 2 years working experience in a similar role in the 5-star hotels or high-volume venuesExcellent knowledge of English language.
