Our mission is to design timeless, functional, and performance-oriented gear that is built to last — encouraging people to enjoy and respect nature.All products are designed in Mallorca and tested in Norway, a reflection of our name, which combines “Nor-way” and “Mal-lorca.” NNormal was founded through the partnership between Camper and Kilian Jornet.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Sports Marketing Department in developing and executing the sports marketing community strategy, focused on ambassadors, brand events and activationsCoordinate and execute brand events and activations in collaboration with internal teams and partners.Manage the community ambassadors: strategy, recruitment, onboarding, activation, and tracking.Collaborate with distributors to coordinate sports marketing initiatives, athlete and ambassadors programs, and event activations within each market.Work closely with the marketing team to create authentic and relevant content with the ambassadors and events for social media, PR, and media channels.Track and report results.Serve as a bridge between the field, athletes, and the marketing team, providing insights and feedback from the community.Requirements2+ years of experience in sports marketing, event coordination, or related roles.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with ambassadors, athletes, teams, and partners.Deep passion and understanding of the outdoor and trail running worldProactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.Intermediate to advanced English (other languages are a plus).What We OfferBe part of a purpose-driven, growing brand that challenges the way outdoor gear is made and used.A creative, collaborative, and passionate work environment.The opportunity to lead high-impact sports marketing projects with real community impact.Perks related to sport, outdoor experiences, and personal growth.
