You will be central to our team's success, playing a pivotal role in analyzing marketing data, deriving actionable insights, and delivering impactful business strategies. You will be in charge of being the Analytics Project lead for various projects under the Commercial team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in marketing analytics or business analysis. This role reports directly to the Analytics and BI manager and collaborates closely with the Commercial and Marketing management team.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesGather business requirements and drive data-driven decision-makingUse statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns, trends, and insights in complex data sets to support business decisions. Drive customer insights and project initiatives to achieve business growth. Present recommendations to the management team and business users. Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within the scope. QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
At least 2-3 years' experience in business analyst, marketing analytics, or other related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business perspectiveExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly. Good command in English communication skillsExperience in the e-commerce industry and visualization tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar programs will be a plus
