Non Custodial Wallet Operations Specialist

Meta Lion Ventures is an independent digital asset investment firm operating across global markets and now strengthening its presence in the Dominican Republic. We are looking for a Non Custodial Wallet Operations Specialist who can take responsibility for the secure and thoughtful management of our digital asset operations while supporting a team that works across investment research client communication and onchain activity.This role is well suited for someone who enjoys practical blockchain work and feels confident using non custodial tools in a fast growing environment. You will handle wallet setups monitor balances prepare transactions and coordinate asset movements together with our investment team. Your work will help maintain a smooth operational flow as we interact with partners founders and clients across the Caribbean and international crypto markets.Since our activity in the Dominican Republic includes both strategic and client oriented tasks you will also be involved in explaining operational processes offering guidance when wallet questions arise and supporting internal decision making related to digital asset movements. The role requires accuracy a calm attitude and an understanding of how to protect digital assets with reliable methods.We are looking for someone who respects security principles knows how to maintain clear documentation and can work responsibly with sensitive information. You should be comfortable working in an environment where flexibility and communication are important parts of daily work and where the market can change quickly.Requirements We seek candidates who understand transaction structures wallet security principles and the fundamentals of blockchain based asset management. Experience with MetaMask Trust Wallet Phantom and other non custodial tools is essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain clear communication with colleagues and clients are highly valued.
