The Role We’re seeking a founding President to take the reins of Nova Zvezda and drive the company from inception to iconic status. This is not a legacy agency model - this is a builder’s role. You’ll have the infrastructure, playbook, and capital access to build something culturally defining. What You'll Own ● Lead Talent Operations: Drive scouting, evaluation, onboarding, and career development of talent across the region. ● Assemble the Core Team:

Hire and manage a high-performing network of regional talent managers, scouts, and media leads. ● Implement Elite Systems: Launch and adapt a full-stack talent management platform, optimized for scale and impact. ● Shape the Brand: Position Nova Zvezda as the home of Eastern Europe’s most brilliant stars - poised for global success. ● Forge Key Relationships: Secure brand, platform, and industry partnerships to unlock monetization for your talent roster. ● Drive Growth & Results: Deliver measurable outcomes in talent acquisition, brand building, monetization, and reach. Who You Are ● You have experience in talent, fashion, music, content, or entertainment ecosystems.

● You understand both Eastern European culture and what plays globally. ● You’re a builder at heart - entrepreneurial, self-directed, and driven to create. ● You can spot raw potential, build trust with talent, and scale them into serious brands. ● You have a strong creative eye, and a business mind to match. ● You speak fluent English and at least one regional language (preferred). Compensation ● Performance-Based Compensation: Tied to talent acquisition, growth, brand deal volume, and agency milestones. ● Equity: Founding equity in Nova Zvezda, with meaningful long-term upside.
